The Hitachi EUB-420 is a compact ultrasound system designed to deliver advanced imaging capabilities across various medical applications. It integrates features typically found in larger units into a streamlined design, enhancing both functionality and ease of use.

    Key Features:

    • Advanced Imaging Technology: Equipped with lateral enhancement circuitry, the EUB-420 effectively differentiates closely spaced objects, resulting in greater accuracy and detail in ultrasound images.

    • Versatile Probe Compatibility: Supports high-density probes with up to 192 elements and offers a “double-density” scan mode that doubles the number of scan lines in an image, enhancing image resolution. It is also compatible with dual-frequency probes and a 200-degree steerable endocavitary probe, broadening its application range.

    • User-Friendly Design: Features a high-resolution, twelve-inch swivel monitor and an electronically switchable dual-probe connector, facilitating efficient workflow. The control panel includes durable soft keys and a trackball for intuitive operation.

    • Comprehensive Measurement Tools: Offers direct key access for measurements, autocalculation worksheets for obstetrical and urological data, and biopsy software that provides on-screen guidelines to assist in procedures.

    Application

The EUB-420 is suitable for a wide range of medical imaging needs, including:

    • Abdominal Scanning

    • Obstetrical and Gynecological Imaging

    • Endocavitary and Urological Examinations

    • Prostate and Breast Imaging
