The Toshiba 0.35T Opart Open MRI is a low-field MRI system designed with patient comfort and accessibility in mind. It features a 0.35 Tesla cryogenless superconducting magnet, providing consistent imaging performance without the need for liquid helium cooling, which lowers operational costs and makes it easier to maintain. The open design of the Opart allows for all-around patient access, making it an ideal choice for those who may be claustrophobic or larger patients who struggle with traditional, enclosed MRI systems. This design not only improves comfort but also facilitates easier positioning, which is beneficial for both patients and technicians.

The Toshiba Opart is equipped with advanced gradient and RF technology, which supports various clinical applications such as whole-body imaging and angiography. It offers a range of pulse sequences, including FastSE, FastFLAIR, and Hybrid EPI, which are essential for capturing a variety of diagnostic images across different anatomical regions. The system’s four-sided open design and use of multi-channel surface coils provide versatile imaging capabilities, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of general MRI exams, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and abdominal imaging. Its configuration also supports enhanced imaging modes such as single, multislice, and volume studies, allowing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
